You, our customers, told us you wanted a better way to keep track of your repair requests and we listened. As a result, the ATM Parts Repair center will be coming soon to the store! From here, you will be able to create RMA requests. You will be able to submit details of the problem or repair and add each item to be repaired to your cart. All payment methods you can use for orders will be available for RMA requests.
As your RMA request status changes, that information will update here on the store in real time. You will be able to log in and go to My Account (at the top), then click on "View My Repair Orders" to see all your repair requests. Clicking on an item will allow you see all the details of the repair.
We're testing the functionality extensively to make sure the experience is smooth and easy for our customer. Our current estimated launch date for this new area is February 1st. We hope you'll return after that to give this new feature a try. In the meantime, to create an RMA request please call us at 800.523.2104.
